Customers who use AlipayHK for any payment during the trip in China, can enjoy Accidental Death and Permanent Total or Partial Disablement coverage. Please note that this coverage is applicable to Hong Kong residents only.
4. What is the age limit for the insured person?
The age limit is from 0 to 99 years old.
5. When does the insured journey start and end?
The period of travel commencing from the time when the insured person leaves the immigration counter in the territory of Hong Kong to
1) the time when the insured re-enters Hong Kong from an immigration counter in the territory of Hong Kong, or
2) on 11:59p.m. Hong Kong Time on the coverage end day specified by AlipayHK,
whichever is earlier.

Any sickness, confinement before insurance starts, self-injury, acts of war, illegal acts, pregnancy, mental disorders, conditions caused by alcoholism or drug addiction, congenital anomalies, disciplinary forces, flying or aerial activities, professional sports or competitions.
